Morton Avenue between 5th and 6th Streets will be closed on Monday, September 12, 2022. This closure is due to the upcoming construction of the Moundsville Municipal and Public Safety Building, and will remained closed throughout construction. North and South bound traffic can detour to Jefferson and Tomlinson Avenue.
