The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate David B. Mckinley, McKinley for Congress, refunded $250 to Craig W. Hartzell on Sept. 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

McKinley for Congress has refunded $250 total since April 1.
