The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Natalie Cline, Natalie Cline for Congress, refunded $41 to Cleo Yoshitaka Ellison on July 8, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
