Continuing our effort to upgrade all of the city parks, a new playground was installed at Park View over the weekend. This project has been a long time in the making: first waiting for approval on a Land and Water Grant, and then a long delay in the shipment of the equipment. The grant will reimburse us for 1/2 of our expenses, and get more for your money. Complete mulching will come next, along with fitness equipment, new tables, and trash containers.
