Each June, National League of Cities celebrates the contributions of small cities, towns, and villages across the country and the residents who live in these communities. 

To celebrate our City and other cities across the United States, Mayor Harold E. Miller, recognizes June 2023, as SMALL CITIES MONTH, and encourages President Biden, Congress, the federal government, state governments, local governments, organizations businesses and all citizens to recognize this event and to work together this month and throughout the year to invest in small cities and towns to enhance the quality of Life for those who live work, and visit them.
