AEP has a planned power outage 

AEP has a planned power outage Tuesday, February 7th from 6 AM to 5 PM. This is to replace three poles near the substation located near the 12th Street bridge. Police will be handling the traffic at 12th and Lafayette, so please use caution. If your location is going to be affected, you should have been called directly by AEP. If you have questions, contact AEP at 800-956-4237. The city had no control over these outages and was not supplied an outage map.
